Hi, I'm Amanda, founder of HR Solve It – your down-to-earth HR consultant based in Thanet, East Kent. I love supporting local businesses whether that's face to face or virtually, I also work with clients right across the UK, providing practical, no-nonsense HR advice for small businesses that gets results.

I started my HR career back in 1996, driven by a genuine passion for helping people do their best work and creating positive, high-performing workplace cultures. Before launching my consultancy, I gained experience across a range of sectors including the charity sector, NHS, local government, waste management, and the arts.

I now work with businesses that are hiring their first employee, those with growing teams who don't need dedicated in-house HR, and organisations with internal HR who need an extra pair of hands.

I don't do jargon, scare tactics, or box-ticking exercises. Just commercially focused, straight-talking support that helps you manage risks, stay compliant, and make confident people decisions.
